Seda Manila Bay Near Ayala Malls - Paranaque City

I really struggled with the check-in process. After waiting 45 minutes in line, my room wasn't ready at 2 PM as expected. It felt frustrating, especially since I had booked it a week in advance and just wanted to relax.

it offered us great and incredible location not far from other attractions, the restaurant downstairs and the philippines. it also was right next door to the ayala mall which was very convenient.

the location is favourable and fantastic as it's near to many attractions and the airport, park. it has amicable and excellent staff and amazing services.

The location is perfect for shopping and entertainment, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Breakfast options were great, though we faced long wait times on weekends. Our room was clean and spacious, and the rooftop bar has fine views-definitely a lovely spot to unwind!

The place was appealing and truly exceptional, we greatly enjoyed it. The a double room was new-fashioned, included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The location was magnificent in a new area, very close to Parqal & Ayala, the restaurant downstairs, and shopping mall. We had a very nice experience.

The staff here are helpful, and the room service was great. I especially loved the pool area, which had both kid-friendly and quiet zones for adults.

I recommend this hotel for everyone.

The check-in process needs rethinking to handle high traffic better!!! The dining area is far too small for the number of guests, resulting in unpleasant waiting times and oversights in cleanliness in certain areas!!!

My stay was primarily to enjoy the great attractions nearby, especially the Dessert Museum and the Mall of Asia Arena. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a fantastic selection that had me eager to get up early to avoid the line. The room itself was spacious, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities. Plus, the vibrant atmosphere around the hotel added a fun twist to the whole experience.

The hotel is super close to Ayala Malls, and there's a direct access from the 4th floor, which made shopping so easy. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with tons of delicious options and fresh juice right on the menu. The staff were always friendly and helpful, which really made the experience even better!

I did notice the water interruption signs slipped under our door, which was a bit concerning. the walls felt a little thin since we could hear some noise from nearby rooms. Overall though, these were minor hiccups in an otherwise great stay!

I was genuinely impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff at the hotel. The breakfast offered a good variety, pleasing my partner, who could even make his own BLT. We appreciated the modern facilities, including a well-maintained gym and a cozy pool. The location was perfect, right next to the mall and close to coffee shops, making everything easily accessible.
