Pleasant stay with a lovely view from the double room. Great location close to the airport, making it super convenient. the staff here are so friendly and welcoming, which makes a big difference. 😊.

The place was appealing and truly exceptional, we greatly enjoyed it. The a double room was new-fashioned, included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The location was magnificent in a new area, very close to Parqal & Ayala, the restaurant downstairs, and shopping mall. We had a very nice experience.

The hotel has a fantastic outdoor pool and a gym where I attempted to work out. the staff at the front desk were proficient in English and Filipino, making me feel like a linguistic genius.
I felt like a VIP staying in such a luxurious place.

seda is always our go-to hotel, super relaxing, clean, and great service. we enjoyed the breakfast options and comfy bed. the staff, especially at the lounge, were attentive and wonderful. great value for money with waived fees and late check out.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly its prime location by the bay and right next to Ayala Mall, which was so handy for shopping and dining. the room felt spacious, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of delicious options, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I appreciated the fast service and spacious pool area for my kids to enjoy.
The parking situation was a bit confusing, especially late at night.

Seda exceeded expectations with great location next to Parqal and Ayala. Breakfast, gym, kids' playroom, swimming pool, and mini golf on 5th floor offer top-notch amenities for a reasonable price.
Limited breakfast options, no soy milk, and few gluten-free options available. No airport shuttle service provided.
